Thursday, April 5th

It's our spring break and It's cold outside. In the 50's for the high. The pool is clean and sparkling and looks great, but you'd freeze to death just putting your foot in. My Jewelry goal for the day is to make a necklace to match a bracelet I have been working on. It is freeform peyote (of course it is my favorite thing to do.) I want to make a necklace in the same colors. Check back to see how it goes, I really don't have a plan. I choose these colors because of the Pink Columbine picture that I took. The light pink and mossy green are great together. I also want to take some pictures of somethings that I've finished over the last few weeks. I am babysitting our classroom pet. His name is cactus and he is an Austrialian tree frog. I might use him in some of my jewelry pictures. The kids at school would think that was really cool to see Cactus on the internet. They named him Cactus because our classroom theme this year is Cowboys and Gals.

Gorgeous colors, Dawn! I look forward to seeing the final result. You inspire me to get back to my poor neglected blog. :D

Dawn I love these colors, you do such pretty work, makes me wish I still wore jewelry. :-) I clicked on your blog from the Etsy blog thread.
